    We will not bill you for "administrative costs" as we consider such costs part of the fee you pay by the hour for our work product.

    We will not bill you for phone calls, faxes, and discussion time on a claim you have already assigned us to.

    We will not increase our hourly fees for courtroom testimony , deposition time or for preparation of either.

    We will not bill you more than the actual cost for film development and video tapes as we consider this part of the report.

    We will not "gloss over" impediments to a successful subrogation or incendiary fire defense to "keep our hands" in the investigation.

    We will not take on more work than we can handle, and we will complete your investigation in a timely manner.

    When an assignment is made via phone or fax, Central States will acknowledge the assignment upon receipt and advise you of when the investigation will commence.

    We will take responsibility for contacting your insured and adjuster to coordinate the investigation, enhancing the claims handling procedure and minimizing down time for your adjuster.

    We guarantee that you, or the entity you designate will receive a brief preliminary report in the format you desire, within 8 working hours of the scene examination.

    We guarantee a full , preliminary written report within 7 full working days of completion of the fire/explosion scene.

    We have the education, experience, and training critical in minimizing the risk of an evidence spoliation issue.

    We will provide storage of evidence on our actual cost basis.
